The Baby Concerts Retailer Program is for merchants with physical stores in the United States and Canada.  Merchants who purchase our products through one of our authorized distributors, or have an offer pending by them, are not eligible for this program.

Orders sent by email ship within 24-48 business hours.  You may also fax your order to (514) 312-4660.  Faxed orders will ship within 36-48 business hours.  United States orders ship by Standard UPS Ground unless you specify an alternate shipper.  All prices are F.O.B. Winooski, VT 05404. Canadian orders ship by Purolator Courier Ground unless you specify an alternate shipper.  All prices are F.O.B. Cowansville, Quebec J2K 2Y3.

If your customer receives a defective product, please do not replace it yourself. Have them email us directly at and we will handle the matter for you.
