If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase from Childish Records' Secure Online Store, simply return the item(s) within 90 days of receipt in the original packaging for a full refund, minus all shipping charges.

Prior to returning any item, you must send an email to to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Any merchandise returned without such a number will not be accepted as a returned item.

Any item(s) purchased from our Secure Online Store that has suffered excessive wear and tear and/or physical/accidental abuse, unless damaged in shipping, may not be returned.

If your package was damaged in shipment by the carrier, save the box, all packaging material, and the merchandise and notify us immediately at .
