I created Baby Concerts to give the gift of music to children everywhere. Because so many children have been orphaned or abandoned by AIDS in Africa, by the tsunami in Indonesia, and by poverty in Latin America and Asia, I am donating a portion of all proceeds from Baby Concerts to SOS Children’s Villages to care for orphaned and abandoned children in 134 countries.  SOS Children’s Villages is one of the world’s largest non-denominational children’s charities. They were founded nearly 60 years ago in the wake of the Second World War to help countless children who had lost their loved ones. They build families and futures for orphaned and abandoned children, keep brothers and sisters together, and provide the love, food, medicine, education and training these children need to become active and productive citizens.  They also help local communities and are on the ground quickly with emergency relief in times of war, natural disaster or famine.
